Sizl Rush: AC Stampede — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Sizl Rush: AC Stampede ("the Game") is developed and published by Blue Hood Games, an independent studio based in Switzerland. Blue Hood Games is the controller for the very limited processing described below. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to contact@bluehoodgames.com.

2. What we collect, and why

The Game has no user account and no login. The only data that ever leaves your device is what the online leaderboards need. When you choose to submit a score, the Game sends the following to our leaderboard server:

  • A nickname you choose — letters and digits only. A filter rejects email addresses, URLs and offensive words, so a nickname is not meant to contain personal information.
  • Your score and the game mode it was set in (Normal or Endless).
  • A cryptographic signature (HMAC) computed for that submission. It exists only so the server can reject scores that have been tampered with.

That is the entire list. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier or device identifier. This data is not linked to your identity, and we do not build a profile of you.

Like any web server, our server writes standard access logs when your device contacts it, and those logs contain the IP address of the request. It is processed transiently in order to answer the request and to keep the service secure. It is not used for tracking, profiling or advertising.

Your nickname and your score are shown publicly in the leaderboards, both inside the Game and on our public leaderboard page. Please do not use a nickname you would not want to be public.

3. Legal basis and how long we keep it

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing a nickname and submitting a score. Submitting a score is optional — the Game is fully playable without ever sending anything to our server.

A leaderboard entry (nickname, score, mode) is kept for as long as we operate the leaderboards for the Game, so that the rankings stay meaningful. An entry is deleted sooner if you ask us to delete it. Server access logs are kept only for the short period needed to operate and secure the service.

The leaderboard is a PHP/MySQL service hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland.

4. No third parties, no tracking, no advertising

We want to be unambiguous about this. The Game contains:

  • no advertising and no advertising SDK;
  • no third-party analytics or attribution SDK;
  • no tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier;
  • no in-app purchase;
  • no user account and no login.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your data with third parties. We would only disclose data if we were legally required to do so.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you which leaderboard entries are associated with a given nickname;
  • correct an entry;
  • delete a nickname and its scores from the leaderboards.

Write to contact@bluehoodgames.com with the nickname and the game mode concerned. Because there is no account, the nickname is the only key we have to find an entry, so please quote it exactly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Children

The Game is not specifically directed at children, and it does not collect data that identifies a person, from children or from anyone else. If you believe a nickname submitted by a child contains personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the Game gains a new feature. Any change is published on this page with a new revision date. This version is dated August 3, 2026.
